Very happy with Matts’s helpful advice. As my house has only recently gone on the market, he gave honest advice that at this point, I should see how things go and possibly drop my price in due course if it doesn’t sell within a reasonable timeframe to suit my circumstances. He also advised me re what I should look for in a prospective buyer. Matt’s ‘non sales pitch‘ type approach has made me confident that I would not hesitate to contact him again for advice or to instruct this company where my circumstances warranted it.
