Ryan had two phone calls with me

Ryan had two phone calls with me, one was giving me a energy quote, I decided to go away and have a look elsewhere, he told me to give him a call back if need be and I did. Ryan was very helpful and kind. Made it easier for me as I usually hate phone calls like this

Didn't even wanted to give 1 star, but had to so I was able to type something!! UW has been an awful experience from the off...having stuck with them for over 2 years and still not had the simple things promised me, like the free lightbulbs, being overcharged on my energy bills and the constant being on hold for over 25 mins and still not speaking to anyone as I've hung up, I came across a number by chance just this morning, was a different 'helpline' turns out it was a different energy supplier, I was sooooo desperate I went with them, said they would only charge me for what I used, and my broad band wouldn't be affected as I was staying with UW for that, and they would inform UW I was changing to them (edf). I've had no broadband all day, can't do a thing, can't get hold of either supplier now. The new ones promised me that all would remain the same. Gutted Annoyed and feel conned!
