I rang today to enquire about warm home. Abbey asked also what my supplier was, etc. By the end of the phone call she had changed my supplier, I will be paying 30%less(i pay pre payment at the moment.I will be paying direct debit now. Also I will be getting warm home aswell. She also asked did I have broadband. Abbey was so, helpful, kind, not rushed, lovely manner, pleasant and definitely not pushy. I've come away a happy person.
