The engraving could be a bit more defined. The quality of the granite marker is great and the color is a true black. The customer service was excellent.

I recently purchased an outdoor, brass, memorial plaque and two 'dog tags' to hang on trees. The process was easy, quick; the feedback and updating was excellent; the prices were great. My only 'negative' comment is that the web site had so much information on it that it was a little confusing to find the product I wanted quickly. Also, the ordering instructions for 'backing' and 'stakes' needs a little clean-up : it is a little confusing. BP

The ease of placing the order, being able to see a proof of the plaque before we placed the order was a big help. It is displayed outside by a tree in memory of someone. The plaque arrived as promised and everyone thought it was a perfect replica and tribute to a former resident.
