The company no longer sends a template to hang cut-out letters on a wall. It will be nearly impossible to make this look level, evenly spaced, etc without one, and they refuse to send one. In addition, the letters are poorly cut and have jagged edges. Nearly $500 for a crappy looking sign and no way to hang it.
