It was very easy to design a size appropriate memorable plaque to honor my sweet little yorkshire terrier. Many design options, including colors to choose from. The steps were easy to follow. Very professional product, workmanship, and service!

This was so easy, that I created my plaque on my phone and received a mock up via email within 48 hours. In all, the process was just over a week. The plaque looked exactly as advertised, quality of stone and etching were high. I was a little surprised at how fine the etching was and how little it digs into the stone, but I believe this is a computerized laser process that is probably the reason for the efficiency, so I do not feel disappointed.

Not much to say except JOB WELL DONE. We were short on time and they came thru with great product.
