The plaque was easy to make and they added a picture exactly how I asked. The actual plaque looked exactly like the preview they made for me before I confirmed my order.

The whole process was easy. I was very satisfied.

Had a bit of difficulty showing a color photo on a plaque with gold metal background. Everything , including the picture and wording came back originally very dark. Too dark to use. Had to re-do plaque with a white background metal and everything came out lighter and much better. I was surprised that the quality control would have passed the original and sent it. However, once I re-contacted service they replaced the original with a white background metal and everything showed up very well, as would be expected;. Customer service was professional, nice and quick, no issues in resolving the issue, however the original plaque should have never passed QC. It did sound like customer service was previously aware of issues with colored pictures with light backgrounds and colored text verbiage coming out to dark as well. I would always recommend light background material if having a colored picture and colored text on the plaque.

We have bought 5 of these 12X8 thick "Plaques" so far. They have turned out beautiful. Our Families have all loved them. They are very nice and meet the requirements for the headstones.
