Excellent Product and Service
I am a beginner customer for PlaqueMaker and I can say that I am a lifetime customer of them after my initial order. The quality of the product is amazing. I had a slight incident through fault of my own with one of the plaques and PlaqueMaker offered assistance to correct, even though it was through my error! There customer service is topnotch! I would highly recommend PlaqueMaker to anyone looking for quality plaques or similar items at a reasonable cost! You will definitely appreciate the customer service from start to finish, and even after the sale!

Perfect nameplate
I needed a simple, small custom nameplate. After speaking with a representative we determined exactly what to order. I received it on time and exactly as ordered. I would definitely order from PlaqueMaker again.

Better than expected

Fantastic Customer Service
Had some hiccups placing the order online, but it was quickly rectified by Lori and order shipped out the same day. After the shipping company had some delivery problems, Angie quickly sorted it out. Although I didn't get my plaques in the time I wanted it, it was no fault of this company and they did everything in their power to remedy the situation. Fantastic customer service. The plaques are also exactly what I wanted. Will buy from them again. Five stars for customer service and product.

They have done 14 plaques for us in recent years and have been wonderful to work with. We also had a last minute plaque for a retirement and a short timeline and they came through with a beautiful plaque! I plan to order any plaques I need from this company!
