I received fast turnaround in getting my many proofs backs before I ordered. No hassle in having them tweak the design until I got exactly what wanted. I finalized the order on a Friday and the product was at my house on Monday- superb commuter service! I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

From my initial conversation to receipt of my proof was less than 24 hrs. The sales rep that I spoke with was both knowledgeable and informative. The sales transaction was smooth and uneventful. Delivery was as advised. I will definitely do business with these folks again.

Terrific work, done promptly. Only suggestion might be to offer as option a choice of plaques that are a bit thicker - that would thus look somewhat fancier or pricier(?)
