I was very pleased with the product that I ordered. It arrived as expected and it looked great. My only issue was trying to get the little gold tabs to go into the wooden plaque, I didn't realize it would require a hammer. Overall, it made for a wonderful presentation!

The patent plaques are neat, but for the price, I would hope for better etching. The text on the patent front pages is not very legible and that would be improved with a higher resolution image applied.

Communication was great, shipping was fast and the quality of the plaque was better than we expected. Once we opened it, everyone in the office thought of more plaques we needed. Spot on guys!
