Great quality.. very trustworthy!

One of my favorite stores to shop at. Clothes is great quality and fashionable. I always feel beautiful wearing one of their pieces.

The shipping time is way too long. I placed an order almost a week ago and my items still have not shipped. The items I ordered are for a holiday party which I won’t receive in time. I also emailed customer service and did not receive a response. Poor overall customer service. Only order from them if you can wait weeks for your order to arrive.

Wonderful absolutely love all dresses purchased have had so many compliments re style & colours 🤗 Price is good for the quality.. Postage a little slower however to be expected 🤗

Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful in the store.

The selection was nice, a little too pricey for what you get. I also think the sizing is very limited. What stood out the most to me was the lack of customer service. The girls didn't greet me they just kept chatting and I had questions but didn't want to interrupt them because they didn't really even give me the time of day. Overall, they customer service just lacked entirely. I felt genuinely uncomfortable being there and like I was interrupting them.

Bohme - has always been on the consumers side putting the consumer as # 1 at least thats how it feels to me. - Bohme provides incredible incentives - sending post cards of 20% on a customers next purchase /also providing loyalty points, I would also like to state if ever there is an issue Bohme’s awesome C.S.R. Response Time is almost immediate ,They do listen and usually make it right . At least that has been my experience . The only negative i would like to offer is the clothing sizing it is all over the place. Very non- consistent. .Sometimes Medium is to big and Small is to small !! I am 115- 120 lbs 5’1” - there are no petite options . Because there are no petite options although Bohme may have given me a great incentive to buy at 20% off . When ai receive the item and try it on i still must go to a tailor and spend another $30.00 to $50.00 dollars having the item that I love altered - which totally wipes out any discount that I may have received!! ! - everything I purchase dresses / slacks are always miles to long at 5’2”. Can Bohme PLEASE provide some petite options??? That is really my only complaint . Otherwise the style quality of the clothing that Bohme provides is exactly what I am looking for! Please do not raise your prices as you become more well/ known . I find that other brands as soon as they become popular the quality of their product goes WAY DOWN . Please do not do that to your loyal customers. I guarantee as soon as that happens i will no longer purchase fromBohme’ THANK YOU !!! Terry
