I placed an order during the black Friday promotion, but after more than a week had passed, I still hadn't received my package. Upon checking the status of my order, I discovered that it had been canceled. When I contacted the company, I was surprised to learn that my order was canceled due to payment failure, despite using Paypal and having made purchases before and after that day with no issues. I asked if they could help me resubmit the order and offered to make a new payment if needed. However, they refused to honor the discount that was available during the black Friday promotion, claiming it had expired. I find it unacceptable that they canceled my order without notifying me of the reason and then refused any sort of compensation for the inconvenience. As a loyal customer who has made several purchases from them in the past, I am extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service. This experience has left me with a negative impression of the company. 12/11 Update -- I deducted one star from my rating because I believe the situation could have been handled more effectively from the beginning. However, I do appreciate the company's effort to rectify the issue afterward. In the future, it would be helpful if the company could implement a system where customers are notified instantly when a payment cannot be processed; so that they have the opportunity to submit an alternative payment method and avoid cancellations like this

Once I had to return an item and I am from Canada so always a process however I spoke with a representative and it was a very smooth process. Also a follow up to be sure things processed properly. I more than appreciate this because when you come from a different country from the store location you are hesitant however the process was flawless

Super cute products but almost everything I order has something wrong with it. Clothes fade quickly or threading quickly comes undone or was done wrong in the first place.

I purchased 2 items, a shirt and shorts. The shirt is great quality and came as expected. The shorts did not fit per the size chart provided and customer service was not helpful in resolving my issue and ultimately i ended up with shorts that dont fit and a loss on money. Because of that, I probably wouldn't purchase anything else from this store due to the gamble of receiving what's expected and poor customer service, even though they have cute styles.

I absolutely love their clothes and they are made of great fabric and they are beautiful. Easy customer service.

The Austin store maintains the most beautiful personnel and they are so courteous and helpful as well as patient and friendly. Love this store.
