First, I bought a necklace and tried to return it. I don't understand why it’s their policy to not return jewelry. Metal can be cleaned almost just as well as an article of clothing. Second, I bought a dress for a wedding. I couldn’t believe the sizes! I’m never a large but in bohme standards, I was. The pant sizes are super reduced and make no sense. Honestly, they’re not catering to a general audience. Instead it’s mostly for tall and very thin women.

Love the clothes. I will not purchase anymore because of the ridiculous restocking fee and return fees on top of the sale merch not being exchangeable for any cost. They need to fall in line with the times and other stores. Raise your prices slightly and forget the absolute horrible restock fee. This is not 1989 and restocking fees on clothes is old news. No other stores are charging this when you are selling online. I am not purchasing anymore because it’s just not right.I understand what a final sale is and I accept that but store credit or take a restock fee is poor practice and I’m not the only customer saying it.
