I realize that your return policy is posted on your website, however, I was disappointed to find out at your store that the policy was only 20 days. I bought several dresses from your website for a wedding, knowing that I was going to have to return the ones that did not fit (you had more selection online then in the store). When I went to the store to return the dresses that were not going to work (within 30 days) the clerk informed that it was a 20 day policy, which is obviously not standard. Now I am stuck with several unwanted dresses, which were rather pricey.

Item was too large. I attempted to return but opted to try an exchange because I didn’t see it fair to be charged a “restocking fee” and return shipping. However exchanging was a super fail because they didn’t have the color/size I needed. Now I’m stuck with apparel I won’t wear and it wasn’t cheap.

Sizes were way off.

My experience has always been great. Items arrive in mint condition. The clothing always in style and well made. That also goes for shoes and accessories. Absolutely love them and I'm glad I'm not close to their stores because I'll go broke.
