Really slow to ship, blah customer service

I've been eyeing this site for a while, and this was my first order. I ordered something on a Tuesday, and as of Friday I still hadn't received any tracking number or notice of the shipment. When I inquired about it, I was basically given a "meh, it will ship when it ships" response and no real updates or tracking information. I will honestly be surprised at this point if it ever ships and I will likely end up doing a chargeback on my card. So disappointed in the lack of care and urgency. Why bother?

Love the styles but not always worth the price

Love the styles and selections. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. But some items are overpriced and of poor quality. The jewelry especially is cheap quality and tarnishes quickly. I have also set up a rewards account 6 times and have never been able to collect points.

products are great but service is awful…

products are great but service is awful they where not helpful when I was trying to exchange an item. they sent me the wrong size an I went back to exchange it for the size I ordered an payed for but the lady was rude and said their was nothing she could do because I bought it online. so unhelpful.

UPDATE WEBSITE - return policy

When you click on any jewelry item, and scroll down to “return policy+”, there needs to be a clear statement that “all jewelry is final sale”. That SHOULD NOT be in the fine print after clicking away from the item. So sneaky and rude. Don’t do that to your customers - if you’re afraid they won’t buy your jewelry because of it, then change the policy.
