The only thing was that I’d like better is to have the package arrive faster.

I went into on of the stores for the first time this weekend. I wasn’t sure how their clothing fit so I wanted to try a dress on. Their dresses always look Elegant and beautiful, and they definitely are in person. The reason for the 3 stars is because the sizing isn’t right for this day in age. There needs to be more inclusivity, but also fix the wonky sizes. I tried on an XL dress. I’m usually a L-XL. This dress felt like a medium at the most. I couldn’t button it past my hips, and needed at least 2-3 inches to close them. I was so sad! Not sure if it was a fluke or not. The staff was so kind, so props to them.

My niece never received the package. I contacted your customer service and never heard back. I wanted to see a proof of delivery from UPS or maybe have them trace the shipment and make sure they had delivered to the right unit.

Long shipping time and less than stellar return policy.
