Clothes reeked of vinegar smell. Very short return window given the pricing and you aren’t even given the full amount you paid in return

Loved the dress! It was perfect !

I returned an item because it was too long. I expected the refund to be returned in the original form of payment, which was my credit card. Instead, I was told that I have a credit to use. Going forward I will not be purchasing from companies that won't refund the original form of payment. Very disappointed.

I purchased 5 tops in the SLC location. 2 of the tops have security censors on them and weren’t removed. They obviously don’t work since nothing beeped out the door. I didn’t realize this until about an hour later and I live in California and had to leave at 7am next day. I called and asked if I could mail the 2 tops back to remove the tags and then send them back to me. They kept saying they’d get back to me because they weren’t sure if they can do that. I was also told to try and pry them off with pliers but if I got it off there would be a small hole. Idk why they just wouldn’t take them off and send them back! It was the cashiers 2nd day so she made a mistake. I even offered to pay for the shipping! So annoying. 75$ Gone!

The employees are always so friendly and cheerful. The stores are always so clean and neat.

Love the dress (colors, style), but the fabric is super thin and tore slightly after I accidentally stepped on the hem getting up from being seated. Probably won't be able to wear again.

I can find the same dresses for cheaper online and the dresses I’ve purchased have not been great quality. Thinking that a casual dress from Bohme that is $60-$70 is so closely in price to a really nice formal dress $100 doesn’t make sense to me. Price and quality don’t match. The pictures of the dresses on the models are definitely the selling point but I never wear my bohme dresses more than once because I don’t think they are great quality.

The cloths are unique and good quality. I don’t have to wonder about what I’m getting when I order from Böhm.
