I had placed 2 seperate orders, waited over a month and still had not received either. Contacted Bohme 4 times, throughout the month- on social media, through their website and email and still have not received a reply. I have ordered from Bohme before and love their products, but customer service is not fantastic- no communication what so ever. And when I’m paying over $20USD for shipping alone (all for 1-2 items), I expect a better experience.

I loved the shirt I bought, but it was ripped on a side seam so had to see it up! Wore it once, then washed in cold water & hung to dry, and it STILL shrunk🙁. So short now I feel uncomfortable wearing it!

My dress arrived sooner than I thought. Shopping on website is simple and easy. I love love my dress it’s so beautiful, fully lined, and modest.

I love shopping Bohme.com and it is a beautiful website. The pictures are excellent quality and they truly do the garments justice. My only issue is it seems the size filter does not work properly. I have tried to use it several times but it doesn't seem to actually filter anything. I think once I click on a garment to view and go back to the browsing page it resets. Not having a working filter makes shopping take longer and it is a little disappointing to click on a garment while the filter is supposed to be on and find out my size is sold out. Other than that, I love the site and the clothes I have purchased have been amazing and true to size. They are the most beautiful dresses I currently own. Thank you for all you do.

Love love their jean shorts. Perfect length and stretch. Great quality. Will diffently be buy from this company.

I don’t like the return policy. Bought a pair of shorts online and they were too big. Went to the store a month later to request an exchange and did not meet the 20 return day policy. There were literally about 20 pairs still out on the table. They should allow exchanges when the items start being marked down.

You don't give a size chart for your clothes and I ordered a top 12 week a go have not heard anything

Return policy was changed after I made a large online purchase. It was so frustrating. I had a large credit to the store instead of getting my money back. Southtown mall employees are so mean
