I have ordered from another company who…

I have ordered from another company who use MCC as their supply on 2 previous occasions and have not had an issue. Recently I ordered 2 dining chairs, they were firstly delivered on time but in the wrong colour. The RETURN/ REFUND process is TERRIBLE. Impossible to get an answer on the phone and no response to emails. I am owed £90 for the chairs that were collected December 2022 and they do not want to know. Similar to other reviews so I will be taking this further and will not use MCC or other related companies again.

Customer Service Appalling!

I always forget to check Trustpilot to get a review of a new company that I purchase from! To be honest, it appears that I have been very fortunate to receive my 4 tub chairs that I ordered (all in excellent condition) after reading all these reviews! For this reason, I will give them 3 stars but the reason I am writing this review and how I ended up checking Trustpilot is because I have attempted to get an invoice from them but to no avail. I have attempted to ring them - no answer, messaged on ebay - no reply and sent an email - no reply, all on numerous occasions. Therefore, not a 5* review as I don't think I'm going to get my invoice! I was going to purchase a table but I'm definitely not going to now!

How Does This Company Continue to Trade ?

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY - Read the other Reviews. Unfortunately, a zero rating is not possible. It would appear that they make a habit of not supplying the goods that have been purchased. MCC supply goods through various supply chains, such as Amazon and Wayfair. We ordered a pop-up gazebo, with MCC Direct, which never arrived. After many conversations with MCC, in which they insisted that the goods had been sent to DHL, who never received them, we formally requested a full refund. At this time the communication stopped, and we notified them that they had 31 days to respond and refund. After still no response, we made a claim through the County Court system. It cost £35 to raise the claim, but this becomes part of the debt owed by the Defendant. Within a week of the notice being served, we received a full refund, including the Court costs and interest. Do not be scared of using the County Court system, as it is easy to use, with a simple on-line form to complete. The Court notify the Company of the details of the Judgment, and the date that the CCJ will be lodged. No Company wants to have CCJs against their name, so will refund in most cases. Alternatively, always pay with systems such as PAYPAL where the value is below £100, as they will refund you, and chase the debt themselves. If over £100, pay by Credit Card for the same reason.

Do not buy

Orderded via Amazon. Expected as described a new item, Gazebo arrived clearly used and damaged. MCC refused to give a return label and address to send back. Multiple exchanges each time excuse after excuse, anything they could do to not give refund or allow the product to be returned. Amazon was fantastic and took over and ensured I got my money back. Please do not use MCC!

ZERO STARS WASNT AN OPTION

After ordering some dining chairs on what seemed a reputable company it turned out to be a complete nightmare. I receive tracking information from the company to which I need to follow up with DHL with regards to the shipping. After contacting DHL back and forth for almost a week it appeared the items had never actually been delivered for shipping. I tried to get in contact with the seller on a number of occasions and had no response whatsoever. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and was able to raise a case which took a month to receive my money back. PayPal also did not hear from this seller which is completely appalling and just purely ignorant. **Avoid this company at all costs unless you’re happy to be ripped off and throw your money down the drain**

REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS

Had to report this company to trading standards ordered a gezebo on ebay which never got delivered despite the XPD delivery tracking saying it had as a result ebay refused to refund. Both MMC and XPD are impossible to contact phone lines always jammed and they do not respond to emails avoid at all costs! how this company is still trading god knows!! £130 out of pocket....

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company to purchase from. They sell on Amazon and fob you off even when a product is within 12 months warranty. They are not interested in understanding how or what has happened, they have your money and that is enough for this rip off merchant. Strongly recommend that you don't use them for anything. Amazon appears to be an easy way for companies like this to hide there TrustPilot review status. In this instance we were just lucky no one was hurt. Unfortunately I cant upload photos here.

Bad service from MCC and their delivery company xPD

I ordered a gazebo from this company via e-Bay on 20 July with a delivery date of 21/22 July. By 6 August it had not arrived so I contacted the company to find out what was happening. After several days of waiting I got a reply apologising and saying the delivery company xPD had lost the package; I was offered a replacement or a refund. I chose a replacement. I was then contacted by xPD saying they couldn't find the address (this has never happened with any other delivery company) and requesting I confirm the address. I did this on their dreadful website and also told MCC Trading. A delivery was arranged for 11 August but xPD claimed there was nobody in to receive the package; we were. Then on 16 August I received, without any warning, a message to say it would be delivered that afternoon; we were out taking relatives to the airport. When we returned home the package was by the back door. It was somewhat battered but the gazebo seems in good order. Throughout I received very little support from MCC (their telephone seems permanently engaged) and, as mentioned above, communication with xPD is next to impossible. Their website is unusable. My advice is not to use either company.

Fast delivery

Fast delivery, but gazebo came and all the legs was rusty so emailed straight away to ask for replacement, they asked for photos so I sent !! They don’t answer straight away they left me days waiting I had to keep emailing , then they replied saying they don’t answer emails out of hours !! I emailed at 3.05 pm so I screenshot and sent them it saying I emailed in working hours , I raised this complaint on the 19th July and I’m still waiting for my refund , they collected the gazebo on the 8th aug an still no refund !!! Iv raised a complaint with PayPal an there not much use either I wouldn’t even give a 1 star if it was possible AVOID THIS COMPANY
