Seedy delivery and excellent customer service

I ordered the heavy duty octagonal table but wasn’t sure of the delivery time. My email enquiry was promptly answered and my table arrived ahead of the 4-6 wks quoted. When arranging the delivery on the phone I found the staff to be helpful and polite. Excellent quality, well made product. Very happy with my purchase and the service I received.

I ordered the bench as a memorial to my son he was a great golfer,I asked for it to be delivered to the golf club where it is going to live as a memorial to my son,it was delivered on time and my family and the golf club think it is great as it looks great and needs no maintenance,it's value for money as well looking great.one slight problem,we had to have the engraving done elsewhere as we were limited to what we wanted on the plaque other than that it's perfect I can send a photo of you want one, thank you

I have no issues about the actual product (the Winawood Sandwick 3 Seater Bench - Grey), which has been assembled and is now in use ... however the delivery by your courier left a lot to be desired. I received your 'please review' email yesterday, (19th June at 12:18), which I initially thought was premature, given that I hadn't yet taken delivery. It wasn't until our neighbour was searching for one of her parcels (her courier had sent a delivery pic) that we located the items under the car port at 12 Watling Street. I'd appreciate it if you could pass my comments along to your courier company.
