Things need to get sorted out quicker, correspondence needs to be more regular to keep customer up to date, If delivery company is not carrying out a good enough job drop them, Your duty is to the customer

Great products, a tad expensive, but guaranteed for 25 years. Much longer lifetime than equivalent wood product and next to no maintenance over the life, just wipe over with a damp cloth. Very heavy, so build on desired site, you won't be moving them easily. All in all very satisfied.

Octagonal Picnic Table I had a few questions about finer details of dimensions and these got answered very quickly when I phoned. I also got help when it came to narrowing down the delivery slot which initially was vague across 48 hrs. Construction definitely needed two of us. Instructions were minimal in detail but we got there. We used all the bolts which seemed correct but had 4 nuts left and heaps of extra washers. Seems to be correct though!
