We ordered six picnic benches, two of which for wheelchair access, the ordering process was very organised, delivery fast and very efficient. The benches were easy to assemble.

Very impressed with NBB Recycled furniture overall. We ordered the Crew's Mess set table with 8 Captains chairs. It took a while for the order to be manufactured and arrive, but good communication from NBB who were also helpful with the courier and narrowing the delivery window. The courier was also very helpful and delivered our order into the garage on a pallett when we were concerned it would just be delivered to the kerb, (bearing in mind the table and chair set is very heavy). As to the chairs and table themselves, they did take some time for me to assemble, however the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The finished set looks great. I'm delighted with the quality & durability, and the no maintenance, & 25 year guarantee gives me additional piece of mind. The furniture is heavy duty and looks built to last in comparison to previous wooden and wicker garden furniture sets. I was actually so impressed with my order that I've since ordered a small coffee table from NBB for another outdoor space.

Having researched buying replacement slats for our church bench, the cost of a suitable replacement wood was prohibitive. I then came across this excellent alternative recycled product. Stronger and more durable and considerably more cost effective for our churches hard pressed funds. The icing on the cake was the excellent service from the team. They were unbelievably helpful and so very pleasant to deal with. Sharon and Chris were like a breath of fresh air compared to the usual call centre chaos. Well done and thank you. The Octagonal Picnic table I purchased, was an extremely well manufactured product. Unfortunately the assembly instructions were a bit hit & miss. I got there in the end , & it's looking lovely on my patio. Rock solid construction & it's perfectly leveled, so doesn't rock at all. Well packaged on delivery & various parts packed in groups, so it's easy to move it relatively quickly to a safe place from the delivery point. An update of the assembly instructions & it would be perfect. Well done guys !. Great product.

The staff at NBB seem motivated, very pleasant and willing to help. However, there was an element of disorganisation with the order which lead me to believe that they are too pressured. The actual furniture delivery was well handled and the carrier kept me well updated, they had a driver go sick at short notice but handled the logistics well. The furniture was well packed and undamaged. One criticism was with the furniture construction diagrams, it is rather poor, and unprofessional, numerous misspellings make it seem unimpressive, someone needs to spell check it and try building the furniture using it. Another point is that I paid over £1000 for the items and didn’t even get an Allen key or screwdriver it needed for construction. This is rather mean and petty. The main problem is with quality control of the construction. In particular with the middle bracing legs of the three seater chair. The counter sunk screw holes were missing on one side of each leg, necessitating me drilling and counter sinking them, this is poor quality control. The instruction diagrams for these bracing legs are also wrong there, they show one countersink hole either side, the braces were drilled with two on only one side which made the legs wobbly. It is obvious that whoever does this prep work doesn’t buy or build the chairs and that no one checks their work. Pretty poor really. That said, once you get your head around what is wrong and correct the issues the furniture is solid and good looking.

This isn’t the first time our school has used this company and yet again, did not disappoint. We have a lot of their products around our site, all made from recycled plastic, which knowing this is keeping it out of land fill, brings a sense of achievement to our students and staff, knowing we helping our climate, also benefiting from strong, quality products too. This latest purchase was to support our local library, where we have raised funds to buy a variety of outdoor benches for the site. The library is a big part of our local community and was under threat of being closed, but with donations from the community and businesses, together we have been able to refurbish the library, and the benches our school have bought from NBB Recycled Furniture, help add to our community contribution.
