Both our organiser Holly and guide Lhakdon were very responsive and informative. Having travelled to Bhutan before, I didn’t think I would suffer altitude sickness but unfortunately it affected me. We only spent two nights but I suggest a longer period just so the body can acclimatise better. Tibet is a beautiful place surrounded by breathtaking mountains that is a must see on everyone’s bucket list

Kristin@TibetVista did an amazing job in planning and catering to our need. She always responded to our requests/queries immediately and no unreasonable request was too unreasonable for her. Our guide Sonam Tenphel and our driver Tashi made our tour a pleasant experience. Tashi’s safe driving habit kept us safe. Sonam’s positive attitude, helping nature, and smiley face kept everyone going even during tough time. Often Sonam will personally visit a restaurant’s kitchen to make sure we did get reasonably good food due to our strict vegetarian diet. Could not wish for a better tour in Tibet !! We had great experience and amazing time . Our tour guide Tenphal Sonam and Driver Tashi made the trip more memorable. I would highly recommend Tibet Vista to anyone looking for a well organised tour and seemless experience leading up to the trip. Kristin is excellent at organising everything, considering everyone's needs, special requirements and enormous amount of questions. She answers all the questions promptly and where possible, even included photos. This made all the planning worry free. Our guide was TenPhal (Sonam). He truly amazing and made this trip special, he is very friendly and helpful. he is the most cheerful guide I ever had a pleasure meeting, all while keeping it professional, ensuring everyone is looked after and taken care off. His knowledge and willingness to share with the group anything from local history to his family traditions made this experience very special. I would like to add that I disagree with negative comments left on this site, it's important to note that you need to appreciate the complexities and challenges of this region. Keep your mind and heart open, let Tibet Vista do the rest and you will have a very memorable trip.

Thank you Tibet Vista for making my dream come true. For long, I have dreamt of getting darshan of Mount Kailash. Little did I know that in such an efficient manner Tibet Vista would help me realize my dream. Kristin, the trip advisor, was most efficient in caring for our group's wishes and needs. Sonam our guide was a God sent. None in our group was an experienced trekker/climber or in the best of our health. Sonam encouraged us and urged us on when we were a discouraged slumped tired heap of a body. He gave us hope and the courage to not only complete the kora but also to get Mount Kailash sparsh darshan. First travel expirience with a tour company and our guide Ten Phal Sonam exceeded every expectation We travelled on a 16 day tour to mount Kailash, everything was well organised and went without problem, the small size of the group made it easy and fun to be together but the real star of the trip was our knowledgeable guide. Sonam was always easy going, cheerful and ready to help sloveing issues before we even noticed - he had a great sense of leadership and we greatly enjoyed his many stories of tibet. I would highly recommend him and tibet vitsa for anyone wanting to visit tibet. For the altitude we did experience a bit of sickness but never felt pressured to continue an activity and always felt safe and reasured.
