Cruise.com booking

Rachel Krieger in the Los Angeles CA area of Cruise.com office was great to work with. She helped us book our 15 day cruise to Hawaii and Ensenada Mexico. She was able to find on-board credits for booking plus veteran status. Our complementary meal and champagne added to our wedding anniversary celebration. Our balcony rooms were fabulous. We have just booked a Disney cruise with Disney World vacation in one package for our entire family. Rachel secured the balcony rooms we requested and was able to save us money with the cruise.com pricing compared to Disney, Costco, and other agents. Can't say enough about cruise.com and know that before this Disney cruise sails that she will add any perks (on-board credits, complimentary meals, upgrades etc.) as they come up.

Doesn't get any better than this!!!

We have used Cruise.com since 2007 for booking our cruises. We have never had a problem and will continue to use our agent, Amadea Burden to book in the future. Always get the best stateroom and the best price. Don't hesitate to book with cruise.com.

Return customer

I have booked 3x on Cruise.com. Each time the price was basically identical to Royal Caribbean or Priceline but Cruise.com had better offers for on board cabin credits, easier deposits and payment options...the others you basically paid in full when booking. The representative was always very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy to sell additional products. Their website is very easy to navigate but the onboard pics are a bit outdated.

Rebook

I booked a RCCL cruise a couple weeks ago and was very satisfied with Cruise.com. RCCL ran a tax free weekend special this past weekend that included port fees and taxes. I called Cruise.com to see if I could get my booking changed to reduce the cost of my reservation. Cruise.com contacted RCCL and worked through the process of cancelling and rebooking. I was very pleased with the prompt service by the Cruise.com agent. Again, Cruise.com saved me money and were extremely efficient.

Time of our lives!

The gal that booked our cruise found us the best deal she could without having to make me look around any further. She explained everything and what options we had. She was sensitive to time issues and made sure we had everything we needed to go. She even managed to confirm an upgrade for us which ended up being priceless. The only hiccup we experienced was that there was a time or two where I didn't get a call back right away when I had a couple of questions. I would have to call a couple of times. Other than that she was very pleasant and very responsive.

customer satisfaction was priority

There was some confusion, contradictions and misinformatuon concerning onboard credits when conversing with three different agents over a few weeks time period. I still don't know who was at fault; the cruise line or Cruise.com, but in the end, it was rectified by Cruise.com to my great satisfaction.

Reservations on the "Allure of the Seas"

Kim Badeker booked our oceanview stateroom which was in a good location to get to all the venues. We received all our literature via email, and were able to book MyTime dinners and shows without problems. The ship is gorgeous and the shows were ;positively outstanding! While on board we booked another cruise in 2016 on the RCL Anthem of the Seas, and asked the onboard agent to book it thru Cruises.com...but neglected to mention Kim's name, so we hope she will get credit for this booking. We thank you for the onboard credit of $25, and for the efficient manner of booking our reservation.

No Deposit Required

Booking cruise with cruise.com was fast and efficient. Small complaint was that no deposit required could not be honored even though other sites could. I didn't realize other sites were doing no deposit for the same cruise until my booking was completed. Also, I had a question about requirements if I could not make sail date and what my options could be but couldn't get a call back from booking agent after several messages.

excellent agents - great prices

I have been booking cruises with cruise.com for years and have always been more than satisfied with my agent, her knowledge of the cruising itineraries and deck plans on ships I was interested in. She has also gone that extra mile to find discounts for us . Our last booking to South America was no exception. Penny was most accommodating, knew what we wanted and had our cabins booked at a super price in 5 minutes.
