Very Rude Customer Sevices
We were looking for Princess Cruises deal and call cruise.com. CSR Susan from after hour support answered, and my wife asked her a question about the cabinet; Susan puts my wife on hold for 15 min and got back with very useless information and very rude attitude; my wife asked Susan why she is so rude, Susan said, "it's very late right now, if you are not ready to make a purchase don't waste my time." then Susan hung up ... so my wife decided to call cruise.com again to make a complain about Susan, CSR Kelly picked up the call ... as soon as she heard we want to make a complaint and would like to speak to a manager, our phone call was hung up again... so don't know what to do ... can't even make a purchase.

Wouldn't book anywhere else
Cruise.com associates almost ALWAYS answer the phone with a live, friendly and helpful tone. I've booked three cruises through them so far and have received bonuses ($50 credit from cruise.com on top of the credit provided by RCL for one cruise) as well as great service EVERY SINGLE TIME. I would NEVER use a third party to book vacations normally due to the outrageous fees they charge as opposed to booking direct (hotels.com - I'm looking at you); but cruise.com is the golden exception to this rule!
