cruise.com is great

We were looking for Princess Cruises deal and call cruise.com. CSR Susan from after hour support answered, and my wife asked her a question about the cabinet; Susan puts my wife on hold for 15 min and got back with very useless information and very rude attitude; my wife asked Susan why she is so rude, Susan said, "it's very late right now, if you are not ready to make a purchase don't waste my time." then Susan hung up ... so my wife decided to call cruise.com again to make a complain about Susan, CSR Kelly picked up the call ... as soon as she heard we want to make a complaint and would like to speak to a manager, our phone call was hung up again... so don't know what to do ... can't even make a purchase.

Cruise.com associates almost ALWAYS answer the phone with a live, friendly and helpful tone. I've booked three cruises through them so far and have received bonuses ($50 credit from cruise.com on top of the credit provided by RCL for one cruise) as well as great service EVERY SINGLE TIME. I would NEVER use a third party to book vacations normally due to the outrageous fees they charge as opposed to booking direct (hotels.com - I'm looking at you); but cruise.com is the golden exception to this rule!

Ur rep couldn't have been more efficient or nicer! Have used them before and has always been an excellent experience!

The representative I spoke with about a problem was able to correct the error on our booking within a couple of hours.

This is the second review done for service done by Mr. Sawyer of Cruise.com. A survey was done and completed in May 2015. Mr. Sawyer made sure we understood all answers to our questions, done by phone, to our satisfaction.

Cruise.com has always given my wife and me excellent service and prices. We have used them on the vast majority of our cruises. In fact, we have booked all of our cruises through Cruise.com ever since we first contacted them.

Tim Notestine was the best!! Very knowledgeable and down to earth. He helped make my decision an easy one.
