Smooth sailing !

I applied through Skills Certified for my diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care in 2022. Adam was very helpful and connected me with my trainer Angela who was friendly, efficient, and very professional. Angela returned emails promptly and always reassured me that I was on track with the submissions I was handing in. She made the whole process a lot simpler for me and was always available to help me from the beginning to when I received my diploma.Thanks so much Skills Certified as this whole process was achieved very quickly rather than me having to sit through a tedious 16 month course. I would highly recommend Skills Certified. I also know that the tiny window of opportunity that I had to do this course while I was employed at one centre was an answer to prayer. The coarse was easy enough to follow, plus having been in the building game on and off for almost 40 years I didn't have any problems with it. I do think it was a bit to expensive and there is no guarantee of getting your licence.

I found my course clear and easy to understand. This primarily is due to the support and guidance from Holly which was excellent and I thank her. Shaadi was also available to provide advice and guidance which I'm grateful for.
