100% recommend using skills certified if you need your RPL. I was sceptical at the start of my rpl journey of which company to go with but 6 months later and finished with the process, I have no doubt in my mind that i made the right decision to use skills certified. What I liked about the whole experience was how straight forward it is structured. If I had any questions my call was answered every time. But most of all, when I got lazy my skills representative would as was call me to see how I was progressing or if I needed help. I can’t find a fault, it was great

The weekly follow-up calls from Danielle were 100% consistent and without failure. I dragged out my RPL and sometimes was even thought of not bothering to complete it. However, the consistent calls from Danielle motivated me to complete the RPL and I'm so glad i did as I am now reaping the benefits of having this qual.
