I was told the cert would be good for me to submit for my permanent residency and it's been refused as the cert is not recognised in wa for visa credentials. Not very happy

Helpfull Staff ,but until now after nearly 8 weeks i still have not received my Hard copy Certificate. PS.Since writing this review i have been to post office to our post box,unfortunately Auspost did not inform me of a package which was not put into our PO BOX because it would not fit,. This was the certificate which had been sitting since 31st March because it did not have tracking number. they did not leave a note to tell me it had arrived .Opologies to Skills. Adam, whom we dealt with was extreemly helpful in every respect .Top marks for Skills and staff
