The products are delicious, easy to do, great variaty and good value for money.You never feel hungary.

Have just finished an 8 week course of weight to go, how easy was that. No messing counting calories, and dropped a dress size GREAT !!!. Now Christmas is out of the way I am going to do another 4 weeks to get me motivated. Delivery was excellent, received it within 2 days of ordering. Would recommend to anyone who wises to lose weight but does not want the hassle of calorie counting.

Really easy diet with nice tasty food. I found this diet really good and simple,and the help i had in ordering this was excellect. I will be recommending this to family and friends.

As a "serial dieter", I was beginning to think nothing would work for me. Then I found Weight To Go. The diet is so simple to follow (no counting involved!) and the food is absolutely delicious! I am only just into my 3rd week and have already lost 9lbs!! I finally know I will be able to achieve my target weight and, more importantly, will be able to keep it off. Thank you Weight To Go!!!!

Good way to kick start a diet so you only eat what you are given. Don't think could do for much longer than 2 weeks though, meals and shakes are nice, soups taste ok but the snack bars satisfy the sweet tooth but I think there are other diet snacks that are better tasting. Would recommend though just leave the snacks out and substitute with your own.

The diet is brilliant and keeps you going the soups are delicious and the meals. The shakes are good for filling in the gaps. However, after the first bulk buy from TV Shopping I then wanted a few meals to tide me over or a pack of shakes, the postage and packaging puts me off ordering. I think I would order more ofter if the P & P wasn't so high.

Company emailed me to tell me exactly where my goods were and when if recieve them as did courier service they used to deliver than , very impressive service

I followed the regime strictly Mon to Friday 5pm, for 5 wks, eating & drinking normally Friday evening, Sat & Sun - although I found that my hard work during the week motivated me to be a little more careful at the weekends than I normally was, as I didn't wish to undo all the good work. Eg I didn't attack the peanuts or crisps if they were available. I lost 7lbs after the first 3 wks (& that's with weekends off). So whilst it was good to register the weight loss on the scales, I was more delighted to see a return of some waist line! Had a couple of weeks off over Christmas, so I now plan to do a couple more Mon-Fri's, and then just use the milk shakes for breakfasts mid-week. I may have an odd week (well, 5 days) here & there during the year, to help maintain my weight (too fond of food & wine!) The soups are very food, but the meals get to be a bit boring - they all seem to smell the same ( bit like cat food!), but I always tend to put chilli seeds & plenty of ground pepper in them. I did tend to buy a greater variety of veg than normal, and had quite large veg portions (not potatoes). Once you see & feel the weight coming off it really helps to boost you.

Not happy with how my order was handled. I didn't receive my parcel within 24 hours as promised I got an email the day it was dispatched on a Friday and After paying £10 delivery and promised a 24 hour delivery I finally recieved my parcel on the Tuesday tea time after 6pm, so I will not be using this company again, I think the food costs enough without paying ten pound for delivery costs.

I had high hopes and couldnt wait to srart weight to go. I received the food parcel very quick but all the food was awlful.The smell made me feel sick so all in all I will not be ordering again.
