been on the diet now 2 weeks only lost 3 pounds I like the food but some of it taste the same cookies are fab .

After having two children within 18 months of each other I was at the heaviest I'd ever been, I was recommended to this diet, and I have to say it was amazing. I lost 1/2 stone in the first week, and by the end of week three I had achieved my goal of a one stone loss. Because of my results, my sister and my friend also started the diet and are having similar results. Unfortunately I developed an allergic reaction to something within the diet, resulting in an itchy rash on my arms and tops of legs. Within 2 days of stopping the diet the rash has gone and I don't itch anymore. The diet has taught me how to watch what I eat and portion control. I'm a bit gutted about the rash, as I would have liked to carry on for another week or so and lose a bit more.

These foods are so delicious, you cant believe you can get so much taste in a sealed packet, taste so fresh, the tomato flavour in particular is to die for. I love chocolate and the bars so so moreish, I cant eat a whole one, I tend to cube them into four and split it over the day. Must br tried

This is the first time I have ordered the cookies. I thought with the offer on would get a good deal. I have never managed to eat one all at once as they are very filling. They make it possible if your going out for the day to slip one in your bag. But more important they are so tasty. Who would have thought we could eat a cookie and enjoy it without being worried about the calories. For anyone wanting to try them I would say go for it and you won't be disappointed.

I had used to eat for England so I'm very impressed with this diet plan, especially as the food is filling and convenient. I have already lost 9.5KG - 21lbs and am confident to get to my target and maintain my weight loss with Weight To Go
