Just after 5 pm I received email that delivery on way I asked for courier to get back to me I was told he would No one got back to me Flowers delivered after 8pm My daughter didn’t get them till after midnight as she went out so it wasn’t even her birthday anymore when she got them

Every time I use this florist, the recipient is WOWED!

My daughter just moved to Chicago and so I sent her a bouquet from Ode A la Rose. They texted me a photo after it was packed showing what it would look like! The flowers were delivered on time and they were gorgeous!

When ordering it is misleading to show pictures with vases and then they are not included. I was sure I checked a glass vase but it was only a hand tied bouquet, no vase. It was not in great shape when it arrived.

I live in LA and wanted to get flowers for my friend in NY. I don't know the area and just picked Ode a la Rose based on reviews and I'm so happy I did. It was so easy to order online and they have such a lovely selection. My friend absolutely LOVED the flowers. Everything from the box to the card was so cute and nicely designed. I loved the updates they sent me about the order and the photo of the arrangement was great. My friend's address can be tricky so I was worried she might not get them but there was no problem. Highly recommend this place!

My colleague loved the flowers. I heard the delivery was perfect timing too! The only thing is that I expected the arrangement to be a tad larger.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Their delivery personnel do not know what they are doing. After calling and confirming that a flower delivery could be made to an address, I ordered a lovely large bouquet and vase. I was notified that this was delivered, when in fact IT NEVER GOT TO ADDRESS. I called and emailed the company. They insisted it was delivered, which was dishonest,because the recipient was home the entire day and by the door! The company then said it would deliver a new bouquet the following day (this was a 75th Birthday bouquet). That also never arrived and then in response to my next emails and calls, they told me there was a problem with the address, which there is not. It was correct and anyone using any APP for directions would be at the house in question with no problem. Very unfortunate that this company has the delivery personnel on staff who are completely incompetent. What was supposed to be a beautiful birthday surprise for a loved one ended up a complete no show and disappointment.
