Good over all happy

AMAZING!!!!! My mother loved her birthday flowers. They were beautiful and I liked how you guys sent me a photo of the flowers before delivery because sometimes you don't really get what you see in the online photo but these flowers were exactly like the photo online. Super Happy will order again for next year.

I very much appreciated having real-time updates on the status of my order, including a photo of the bouquet. When I emailed a question about my account I received an answer immediately. And, most importantly, the flowers were magnificent, fresh, and delivered on time. Stellar service!

Gorgeous flowers

My husband sent me 2 dozen roses for Valentine's Day (12 pink | 12 red). The red ones were essentially dead on arrival. The pink ones looked pretty but half never opened. I reached out to Ode a la Rose on Instagram and sent a photo of the red ones. They DM'd back to ask how many days after the flowers arrived the photo was taken. I told them 2 and then never hear anything further. So disappointed. My husband has sent me Ode a la Rose flowers many times (and I've sent them to friends, as well) and they're always been lovely and fresh. It's clear from multiple recent reviews that the quality has really plummeted--and so has their customer service. I don't think we'll be ordering from them again.
