I recently placed an order for a floral arrangement for a family member in Austin, Texas for her birthday. The shopping experience was easy and straightforward and delivery was timely. A photo of the actual arrangement sent to me showed defective filler leaves and a couple of wilted flowers. After bringing this issue to their attention, customer service responded quickly and offered to replace the bouquet, which was done promptly. Outstanding customer service. Thank you!

I received two dozens roses for my birthday and they were literally the most beautiful roses I’ve ever seen. They were packaged perfectly and now I plan to buy myself roses from them on a regular basis. Amazing!!

I like the presentation/delivery. The flowers were not as great of quality as they used to be. This is my third order w this concern.

I love using Ode a la Rose - their bouquets are super pretty (and very much like the pictures on the website!) and their order status updates/customer service best-in-class. I order from Europe for delivery in NYC and this florist never fails to deliver. Will definitely use their services again!

I liked that they sent a picture of the flowers….it was on the pricey side but delivery was good and quality of flowers but nice!

My first experience w Ode a la Rose and I am so glad I selected them to prepare a birthday bouquet for a family member. The flowers were artistic, creative, bright, cheery and unique; just perfect! Easy to order on line and they sent a photo of the bouquet and let me know when it had arrived. Like I said--- perfect. My aunt was very impressed with the flowers and even the packaging.Wonderful experience ordering from Ode a la Rose!

Flowers arrived on time, correct bouquet but without the vase which was paid for and on the invoice. A flower bouquet for my gift recipient that doesn’t include a vase which requires effort on the recipient’s part telegraphs cheapness. My intended happy birthday wishes fell flat. I even called the company when I received their emailed photo of the bouquet which appeared to NOT include the vase and was incorrectly informed it was there. Not using them again, and would recommend using a local florist whose connection to their community will better assure customer satisfaction. They offered to resend the same bouquet in the vase that I paid for but you know what they say, “ first impressions matter”. Ode blew it and caused me to blow it. No second chances in real life.
