After my first use I couldn't get the silicone piece to attach to the cordless light. I was able to use text message to contact them and they responded very quickly. I was able to send a picture of my light and they resolved my problem by giving me detailed instructions! As it turns out, my equipment was fine and it's ready for its next use!

I have contacted customer service for over 2 weeks with email and phone calls with no answers. I ordered the Mother’s Day set and it arrived with the exfoliator leaking and half of it gone. The exfoliator wand never arrived. I have also only received less than 1/4 of my reward points and no one has gotten back to me in the 2 weeks I have been waiting. Poor customer support.

My device stopped working after a year or so, (I do use it a lot so I was not disappointed) and I emailed in to ask about a replacement. They got back to me literally, within five minutes and said they sent a replacement, no questions asked, and for free! Great experience! Highly recommend them, and their products work wonders!
