I bought the whitening device probably two years ago and have used off and on. I have gone through the gels and ordered more. I went to ue the device probably two months ago and it would not power on, so I just wrote it off and forgot about it. I randomly tried to plug in again today and still nothing, so I sent email to request troubleshooting advice. Got immediate response and the agent has sent me a new device. This all happened within fifteen minutes. So refreshing to get quality customer service. I had almost forgotten it existed. Thank you SNOW!

People should know that this company has incredibly great customer service.

The speed of response and the courteousness of the representative I was dealing with made the whole experience easy! I contacted them Friday afternoon and everything was resolved and the confirmation of the order of the new unit was sent by email within the hour.

Speaking on my own personal experience, this product works, like actually works. At first I didn’t notice the results but then at the 7 day mark I noticed my teeth getting a whiter. At the 2 week mark I started getting major compliments from friends. By the 3 or 3 1/2 week mark... Ayo👏🏾my teeth are whiter than they have ever been before in my entire life. Why pay for veneers when you can get snow. I done signed up and made a profile on the website and everything. Loving the progress and loving my smile. Side notes for success: - definitely get the extra strength whitening serum, It’s the one in the golden tube. That’s the one that really works and It’s the only one I use. - The wired whitening mouthpiece is delicate. There’s a good chance that the wires will short out overtime if you walk around alot while whitening. sit down. -Buy from the website not Amazon and make an account. ( see reasons why below) - there is a warranty on the mouthpiece. If anything goes wrong, just hit them up and it will be replaced no charge. - Buying things off the site will accumulate points for discounts Hope you all have the same positive and wonderful experience I had while taking a chance on this product.
