I bought an electric toothbrush over a year ago and it suddenly stopped working so I took a chance really not expecting much and wrote them explaining what happened, I was contacted right away and offered a replacement free of charge with free shipping, I would totally recommend any of the snow products and any other products that this company owns, they truly stand by there products.

I have an issue with old product tubes. Getting mixed with a new product tubes that were recently purchased. The representative I was speaking to had the issue resolved within minutes. I can’t be more thankful. The product is not an expensive, so I truly appreciate the help getting this sorted out.

I needed a new charger for my brush. I was advised my toothbrush is still under warranty and the whole system would be replaced! What an awesome surprise! John, customer service was AWESOME! Not only did the time in the dentist chair get cut to nearly in half due to my exceptionally clean teeth, this company stands by their product if there is a malfunction! A product that does what it says it will do AND BACKED UP BY A GREAT WARRANTY! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I’ve been using SNOW products for a couple of years and have never had an issue ordering before. I live outside of the US and the product I wanted was not showing as being available. When I contacted customer service, they processed the order for me and were SUPER helpful! Best customer service I’ve had in quite some time.
