So wie eine Dame hier schon geschrieben hat - Finger weg von Hellotax. Ich habe ein Jahresabo gekauft und wollte die Registrierung starten und es ist nichts passiert. Das Geld wurde schnell genommen aber das Service kam nicht. Angeblich soll es einen Chat auf der Homepage geben, wo man Kontakt aufnehmen kann - so einen Chat gibt es nicht. Die Telefonnummern, die man anrufen kann - entweder Tonband oder niemand meldet sich. Ich kann im Übrigen sehr wohl nachweisen, dass ich Kundin bin, wenn das gewünscht wird - also die Ausrede, dass man ja gar nicht Kunde ist, ist ein Witz. Ich werde jetzt meinen Anwalt einschalten.

Think again before using Hellotax - this company has damaged our business resulting in fines. It's been like the faulty towers of engaging a so called experience set of tax experts. Below are just some of the things that have gone wrong and damaged our business in huge ways: - Initial VAT and EORI number - set up to some random Singapore address!! When we clocked it and asked them to fix their random mistake they wanted to charge us a fee - From the period of August 24 to February 25 not one filing was done on our behalf. We have since learnt even our portal for HMRC was not set up. We chased and chased and chased them to submit our VAT and they for weeks and weeks ignored us saying because they has to file in a areas it was SO complex they needed their internal expert advice - this is a VERY basic process we have since learnt - On 30 January Hellotax sent us a letter from he HMRC dated 4th January for a 926 GBP fine for not having filed. It had already begun charging interest being lover 14 days late. The fine is because THEY haven filed our provided records. We asked them to cover the fine. They would not and instead said due us being in Australia on this timezone the relationships was too complex and we should part ways - But the real kicker is as of last week we learnt despite us telling them we import goods they set us up with an incorrect EORI number without a UK address and w have 4 pallets of goods now stuck in customs We requested to be refunded for their services paid for for 12 months with this expeirnce and they said no - they stand by their services. So if you'd like service like this go to Hellotax. All of the above can be validated with email screenshots, fine notice, everything. DO NOT TOUCH THIS ORGANISATION

Absolut unseriös – Finger weg von Hellotax! Ich habe für eine VAT-Registrierung bezahlt, aber nichts ist passiert. Keine Fortschritte, keine Updates – nur leere Versprechungen. Der Kundenservice reagiert entweder gar nicht oder gibt ausweichende Antworten. Mein Geld ist weg, und ich habe nichts dafür bekommen. Diese Firma ist eine einzige Enttäuschung. Bloß nicht darauf reinfallen!

I run an e-commerce business and needed a VAT registration for Germany I contacted hellotax they told me they could handle this and it was an easy process. After paying I never heard from them again. I’m now facing trial for tax declaration. Do not use this company! Not recommended at all!
