TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE ! I booked a flight on June 7th 2021, cancelled it on June 8th, 2021 as I needed connecting flights they couldn't arrange. The email I received the day I cancelled said my refund had been sent to VISA and it "could" take up to 2 billing cycles to receive my refund. I have emailed and called 4 times... two plus billing cycles and almost 2 months later - and still NO REFUND! This morning - they said the request was "in the process of being submitted to VISA and I could respect a refund in a week, then they said a week to 14 days and then said within 2 billing cycles" - all within the same 11 minute phone conversation. They hung up me when I asked specifically for the date they sent the refund request to VISA. I have already spoken to VISA and confirmed if the request had been submitted to them - they process it within 48 working hours - so it's never been submitted. Previous calls before toady - they have said exactly the same thing and last week I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and they said someone would call me back within 24 hours - you guessed it - no call ! This morning when I asked for the specific date they sent the refund request to VISA the rep told me he doesn't have to give those specifics and asked me to hang up. I said I was not ready to hang up as I didn't have an answer to my question yet so he hung up on me. I would never use them again or recommend them... I only used them as someone I am travelling with had booked through them - they are dealing with the same issues....
Very bad service
Very bad service, cancelled my supposed flight within 24 hours and still haven't received my refund after more than a month. Im pretty sure this is a bogus flight service. Don't use. I've called 3 times and keep getting the run around and when I called Air Canada to see if there was really a flight booked under my name they couldn't find one, even a cancelled one.

This company is nothing but a bunch of scammers! Do not give this company any of your personal information. They will screw you over!!! I booked a flight through this company and spelled my other passenger's name wrong which prompted me to immediately call their customer service. I reached a person in another country who told me I would need to pay a charge to change her name. When I objected to this he became abusive which sent red flags up immediately. I immediately began reading other customer reviews which were also nothing but 1 star reviews about this company being fraudulent and scammers. I had a pending charge which went through from southwest airlines who I then called to ask about my booking. They had no evidence of any charge from my card and also had no reservations with my name. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge which I'm now still waiting on so I can get my money back and book a new flight. Save yourself the trouble by staying away from this company!!!!!!

Don’t book through this. This is a scam company! They’ll take your money and not refund it back. Don’t be fooled by the reviews on this website that have 5/5 stars. I’m pretty sure they’re bought reviews because this company isn’t legit. If you look on the reviews through google or a quick “my flight search + scam” you’ll see many many stories that are similar. Don’t use them! They are not reliable. They will take your money!
Scamming Military Personnel
Scammed my son, military personnel, of $500 and now he is having trouble coming home. He paid for a flight and they took his money never booking the flight. I tried to call and the phone goes dead when you call. United Airlines warned my son of this company when he finally called them to verify his flight.
Been waiting for a refund a little too long
I booked a flight and change a last name after booking they told me we have to cancel a do another one and I wi get my refund on this one within 2 weeks, cancel and booking was easy, but Getty money back is been a headache I been contacting them 4 times already since 5/3/21 today I called again and they told me 14 more days but unfortunately that's what they been telling me every time I call so be very careful while you booking so you don't have to go through this issue, personally very disappointed with their customer service!!

Don’t book a flight with MY FLIGHTSEARCH.COM. They failed to book my flights with the airline. They never sent me an e-ticket. On my way to the airport I checked my fight status. Southwest Airlines had no record of me being on the flight they booked for me. I had to rebook directly through the airline at a much higher price. Avoid this site to book flights. Book your fights directly with the airline a few weeks in advance.

I booked a flight with this company, to which I know for a fact that I put in the correct dates for departure and return. When I received my confirmation e-mail, I saw that the dates were incorrect. When I called their "customer service" to have them correct this, I was told that I had to pay an addition $250 for this because the "original" booking date was within a 7 day window and I was not allowed to cancel or change the dates for free. The reason the dates were within the 7 day window was their fault and the women who I was speaking to became extremely rude and hung up on me. When I called back twice, each time I was hung up on. Look at other websites regarding reviews for them, they are ALL bad. Not sure why this website has any good reviews.....seems very scamish to me. PLEASE do not support this company, you will get ripped off.

This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with! We are owed a credit from myflightsearch.com and it has been virtualy impossible to get it. I called and spoke to at least five different people, I was disconnected twice, I was also told from two other people that someone would call me back within 15-20mins, 5 hours later still no call. I called again to try and get this taken care of, i spoke to a gentleman who said he had put in a priority order and that I should hear from someone within an hour or two, I waited 4 hours and again no call. I called around 20 more times and got no answer, only an answering service telling me to leave my name and number and they would return my call shortly, highly doubtful since I had already waited for 9 hours already. I called one more time and finally spoke to someone who told me i would need to call in the morning for bookings. Seems strange when all of their emails and adds on their website say 24/7. Update: I finally spoke to someone who listened to my whole story and then he apologized many times for the inconvenience. I was told again that they were making this a priority and that I should wait until the end of the day and that I would definitely hear something before then. It has now been 48hrs and I have heard absolutely nothing from this company. I would not recommend this site unless you enjoy being completely frustrated and angry, but if that's your thing then by all means, have at it!
