I bought a Yoyo3 stroller from Natural Baby Shower (NBS) and I was very impressed with them especially the amazing custom service! I was tempted by the offer but I would normally go for big retailers such as John Lewis especially for the more expensive items. I believed that the big names are usually more reliable. Nevertheless, I decided to give Natural Baby Shower a try, and they have impressed me and changed my view completely! As mentioned, the offer on Yoyo3 stroller was competitive so I bought it from NBS. The delivery time was reasonable. These are the positives. When I received my items and assembled the stroller, I found a deep scratch on the window of the canopy… I was precious about the new stroller and was very careful when putting everything together so I believed that the scratch was already on the product when it arrived. I was annoyed with the situation especially as it is an expensive purchase. I contacted the customer service of NBS, and asked what they could do for me. I got a reply within 24 hours and they offered to send me a replacement canopy straight away! The lady who was working on my case was very professional and nice (Jessica). I’m very pleased with my overall experience with NBS, especially the customer service. It has changed my view of buying things from the big names— I will definitely try NBS again in the future!
