Great car seat. I can see this one has had a few upgrades to the exact same one I needed to replace.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Natural Baby Shower, all thanks to a customer service representative. My order was stuck in Yodel’s warehouse for ages, and despite multiple emails, I received no help. When I called for assistance, the representative was beyond unprofessional, constantly speaking over me, being condescending, and repeatedly insisting that the item’s shipping details were in “big capital letters” on the sale page. When I checked the website myself, there was no such clear statement. I am heavily pregnant and due any day now, and I made it clear that this delay was causing me immense stress. Despite this, the representative showed zero empathy and remained dismissive, acting as though it wasn’t Natural Baby Shower’s issue even though I ordered directly from them. Update: The issue has now been resolved, and I appreciate that the customer service manager took the time to reach out, apologise, and offer a gift card as a gesture. While the initial treatment was extremely disappointing, I am relieved that the situation has been addressed.

The items curated are always wonderful on the site and the cup I ordered this time came beautiful packaged, as always, with so much care. The cup is exactly as described. I trust Natural Baby Shower!

I have placed multiple orders with NBS (prams, baby toys, clothes and many other items). Every single time my order arrived extremely quickly and it was well packed. I love the the NBA for the range of products they are offering and the quality. U only buy from them. I haven’t been to their showroom but I’m tempted to go there soon. Highly recommended.

Ordered 2 car seats which were on back order till 5th March. I emailed on 5th March asking if there was an update on delivery. I got a very quick reply advising the items would be dispatched that day or the next. That day I got a dispatch notification and the next day they were delivered. Fantastic service. my daughter is very happy with her new car seats.

I bought 2 pairs of Igor Maui sandals - one each for granddaughters and they are absolutely smashing. So comfy they tell me and just wonderful thank-you for such speedy delivery and beautiful packaging.
