Great service, speedy and lovely packaging.

Lovely nappy bag but the pram attachments aren’t strong enough to hold it even when empty. I was told I should spend another £18 to purchase other ones, totally outrageous after spending over £70 on a bag. Feb 10 To update. Customer service contacted me with a help video (for the wrong pram hooks), which doesn’t actually help as the quality is poor. So still unresolved but life is too short so I am giving up.
