In a time when it's all too easy to get caught out by deceptive companies that promise quality but deliver poor service, it’s refreshing to discover a lesser-known business that truly excels throughout the entire customer journey. Update - I’m pleased to say this review helped get it resolved. Thanks to Jessica who worked the issue out very very quickly £650 Thule shine pram that failed after just over a year. Months of warranty back and forth, constantly chasing them since August last year. Thule sent a replacement but it never arrived, zero evidence of where it was even sent to. Formal complaint in January, more emails back and forth and now silent for two weeks.

Super quick delivery of a quality item. Great choice and a very welcome discount. The puddle suit is perfect and came well-packed and in excellent condition.

Item arrived in smashed box with bent instructions, looks like used from charity shop. Around stitches material is discoloured like used. Not good enough for 80£.

Good communication via email messages throughout the process from purchase to delivery, which was exactly when they said. Very pleased with customer service on a query I had. Reply within the hour very pleasant and helpful. Delighted overall.
