When I tried to order directly from Ergobaby they swapped my product for omethng complelty different and it never arrived.

Wrong item received

I have ordered a dolls pram and received a stroller (which is a completely different product!). I was advised there was an error on the website and they have used a wrong picture and don’t actually stock the item I was supposed to receive. I understand that mistakes happen, however, I have contacted customer service PRIOR purchasing to double check and was advised I will receive the item on the picture as advertised. I was offered to keep the item and receive a £10 voucher or send it back for full refund. Very disappointing as it was supposed to be a birthday present and I have to order it somewhere else which won’t arrive on time.

Faulty products and no refund!!!

I bought an expensive rocker for my 6 month old baby for Christmas. The rocker didn’t really rock for that long, as expected and the fabric on it started bobbling after less than 2 weeks of use. I wouldn’t expect this from something that costs that much. I sent it back for a refund as I wasn’t happy with it. Once they received it, they claimed it smelt of detergent and had a small stain on it and picked out some other fault on the plastic which was like risen bit of plastic at the bottom of the rocker, which was obviously something that was done when the product was made. The product was barely used by my baby as it didn’t really rock much so she didn’t like it. I’m confused on how all of this could’ve been done by a baby trying it out for less than 2 weeks. They have refused to give my money back and sent me back the rocker which I was unhappy with. So annoyed and will not recommend them to anyone! Avoid at any cost as if there is a fault in your product they will blame it on you and claim other faults onto you. In response to your reply; I actually called your contact line, on how to return the product and this is how your staff directed me to return it as I was unsure on how to do so. So regards to returning as a damaged item, this was not explained to me! I just thought everything is returned one way, damaged or not. And regards to the product being washed, there would have been more signs other than a small patch of bobbling. The fabric would have still been damp as I returned the item back in such a short time, also the fabric would have been creased and probably a lot more signs of bobbling than a patch! So these excuses are ridiculous and unacceptable to be honest. Like I said the smell could’ve been from my child’s clothing as she sat on it a few times. So whoever is planning to buy anything expensive from this company, please avoid and go somewhere else instead!
