Ordered Yoyo pram to travel been waiting a week with 0 updates. Today I decided to call and find out where is my pram and the customer rep told me that they are awaiting stock and once it’s available it will dispatch. Well that’s not what your website says, and in fact if you don’t have stock you should not sell them but instead pre order so people don’t sit and rely on your service since it doesn’t exist. Also send an email with an update on my order 3 days ago and had no reply whatsoever.
