As expected

Took over 4 weeks to arrive, zero correspondence unless I contacted them to see what was happening. Not even an initial email to say they did not have it in stock and it wouldn’t be the normal 3-5 days. Customer service were quick to respond but there was no effort to rectify the problem or gather information or let me know when the information they had provided me with had changed.

This company will really look after you. First when I had trouble converting my daughter’s Joolz pram to a pushchair I had a very useful video conversation with a person in the shop. Then when the pushchair seat fittings broke and we needed a new seat unit the help service was outstanding. An immediate apology, and a special email link with very quick responses, no quibbles over what had happened, dealing with the manufacturer for us, and promise of a replacement seat even though I bought the pram sometime before baby arrived so more than 6 months previously. The original colour was not available to start with so they sent an alternative to tide us over for a couple of months. As promised the original colour seat has now arrived along with a bonus cup holder to make up for the delay. We are all very pleased and relieved. Buying online can turn into a nightmare when something goes wrong, but not with this company. I can strongly recommend them for peace of mind when you’re buying expensive equipment, so you can relax and enjoy time with your new baby.
