Great service and product, no issues

It was a duplicate order which I tried to cancel 2 days after ordering and they wouldn’t allow me to. Stated it’s already in the warehouse queue or some such nonsense. Insisted it had to be delivered for me to then return to get my refund. Do not buy from this site, they hide behind their rules and don’t offer any genuine customer service.

I visited the store and the staff were so brilliant and helpful. Unfortunately the buggy I wanted to test wasn’t available so ordered online and will return if not suitable. The website is brilliant and easy to use and I made use of the Black Friday deals to kit us out for our arrival due early 2025. Fantastic service all round so far.
