I tried to cancel my order and was told this was fine as the order had not yet been processed. Later the same day I then had a message saying that it had since been passed onto the warehouse for dispatch and then a subsequent confirmation that the supposedly cancelled order has been dispatched. I am now going to have to pay to return it in spite of me having 'successfully cancelled the order' and told that I would receive a refund within two days.
