Disappointed. Heard nothing. I had to reach out several times to get results. Days passed. Company couldn’t seem to match up my name, dob, and sex although all instructions had been followed. Makes me question if the results finally sent are even mine.

No results given. Was told "We reached out multiple times but were unable to successfully contact you." I didn't receive one outreach. Yet the email that told me the results "were ready" had no problem reaching me.
