Everything was great except the web-page navigation and the blood extraction. The test kit was delivered on-time and the instructions were clear. However it took me about 1/2 an hour and 3 of the 4 lances to extract the blood because the lances were too small. I also thought the web page navigation was a little clunky in some places. For example, it took 3 or 4 steps to see results when one would work

This is my second purchase and both time have been a great experience. Easy, flawless process and quick turnaround time on results. Highly recommend!

The test kit showed up on time, it was easy to gather and package samples. Samples were tracked every step of the way and I was informed at every turn of the process.

I ordered a 5-test kit with expedited shipping because I was traveling in two weeks. Despite paying extra, it took ten days to ship. I couldn't reach customer service, and when I did, they said they were out of kits. By the time it arrived, I had already left. I received a message to activate the test by the end of July, but I kept getting an error message. Yesterday, it said I couldn't activate it in this country, even though it was ordered and delivered in the US. I recommend saving your $165 and using a local service instead.

Taking the test was easy and everything went well except the results I have take 3 test in the last year and out of all three this one said 777, other three were about identical at 300.
