I have used LetsGetChecked for 3 years. I purchased 5 tests from them. But when you actually want to view your test. It never loads. Want to get ahold of them to try and communicate your issue? There isn’t an option available through thier app. Or if there is. They certainly make it impossible to find. I’ve spent over $750. With them. But I’ll never spend another penny since i can’t even load my damned results when I need them

I really wish I could give 5 stars! I love how easy it is and how fast I get my results however, I got an abnormal result and they told me they weren’t able to prescribe antibiotics they told me to follow up with my doctor. I would’ve just gone to my doctor in the first place instead of buying the test kit because I had to spend double the money to actually go to the doctor which is what I didn’t want to do.. I hate going to the doctors and I’ve gotten other test kits from other companies where they do prescribe medication. I don’t know if it’s only in the some states they’re not able to do it but it should’ve told me that before buying the kit because I had to spend extra money going to the doctor to get prescribed medication.

Took a bit of time for the kit to get to me, but otherwise, very easy and process.

Everything went great. Kept me updated on every step on what stage the test was in. Very pleased

Love the availability of this service. I have not had necessary blood tests in years due to a phobia of having my blood drawn. I wish Dr. offices could use the same process in office.
